Booking Information
A deposit of 50% of the event’s total along with a signed agreement is required to reserve your event and block off the appropriate timeframe for the size of your group. Once an agreement has been sent, there is a 5-day acceptance period. Joyce Luck Style reserves the right to release the requested date to other bookings For deposits not received within the 5-day period. Requests for extensions must be made in writing before the 5-day period is over and is subject to approval.
- Checks, money orders, cashier checks or cash are acceptable. No credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a re-processing fee of $25.
- Agreement may be cancelled within 3 days of acceptance with full refund of deposit.
- Payment for a preview is due on the date of preview service.
Refund of Deposit Policy:
Agreement may be canceled by hiring party for a full refund less $25 processing fee if made 60 days on or before the event date. For cancellations made between 59 days to 31 days before the event date, 50% of deposit will be returned. No refunds are made if cancellation is made less than 30 days before the event date. Requests must be done in writing (emailing is acceptable). Requested deposits will be returned within 10 business days.FAQ
